Logins

As a student/lecturer/employee of the Kunstuniversität Linz you may receive various logins:

UFGonline / eDirectory

This login is composed of p+Personnel-number or m+Matriculation-number and a password. With these you can access many systems like: UFGonline, WLAN, Moodle, Gruppenlaufwerk, Filr, iPrint, teams.ufg.at, Zeiterfassung, Webex … • Change password: Login to UFGonline, then click on your name in the top right corner to view the "Business card/Workplace", there you will find the button "Change password" below the headline "Services".
• Lost password: Send an e-mail to it.helpdesk@kunstuni-linz.at and add your personell-/matriculation-number, your mobile phone no. (new password is sent by sms) and a scan/photo of an official legal document (passport, driver's license, residence permit).
• Reset password by yourself: Using passwort.ufg.at you can reset the eDirectory-password by yourself. However before you can do that, you need to login and determine safety questions and answers.

E-mail / Microsoft Office

Use your UFG e-mail-address and a password to login. For further information refer to page e-mail account. • Change password: Visit the this webpage. "Benutzername" = Your e-mail address. Confirm your current password, then type the new password two times and click on "Absenden". The passwords needs to be at least eight (8) characters long and contain at least one letter and one digit.
• Lost password: Send an e-mail to it.helpdesk@kunstuni-linz.at and add your personell-/matriculation-number, your mobile phone no. (new password is sent by sms) and a scan/photo of an official legal document (passport, driver's license, residence permit).

Portal Austria

The login is your UFG e-mail-address and a password, refer to page Portal Austria for further information. • Lost password: Send an e-mail to it.helpdesk@kunstuni-linz.at

Hardware devices

Local user accounts (with or without administrator privileges) are used to access computers of the Kunstuni Linz. • Lost password: Send an e-mail to it.helpdesk@kunstuni-linz.at and add the device number (like PC1234) and the location (room-no.) as well as the local username.

Hint

Using https://passwort.ufg.at you can reset the eDirectory password by yourself. Before you can use this service, you need to login and determine safety questions and answers.
